1 pattern = 12 possible versions for your nursing sweatshirt!

This pattern lets you create 12 different versions by combining 2 body styles, 2 sleeve styles, and 2 neckline finishes.
But before we dive into style options, let’s talk about the most important feature of a nursing sweatshirt: the openings.
They’re positioned in the side seams, moved slightly forward for easier nursing.
Completely invisible when closed, they open in a flash, making it super easy to breastfeed anywhere you go.
You can choose to close them with snaps or install invisible zippers.
The included tutorial explains step by step how to do both options.
So, are you team snaps or team zips? The choice is yours!
Breastfeeding with your sweatshirt will be a breeze no matter what!
Now, all that’s left is to pick the style of sweatshirt you’d like to sew...
Let’s give you a quick rundown of your options:
For the bottom of the sweatshirt, you can choose between a simple hem or a ribbed waistband.
The ribbed waistband is a classic feature of store-bought sweatshirts.
It gives your sweatshirt a traditional finish.
However, depending on your body shape, the tighter fit around the hips might be uncomfortable.
Prefer a looser fit?
Our breastfeeding sweatshirt also offers a slightly flared version with a simple hem for maximum comfort.
Just like the body, there are 2 sleeve options: a fitted cuff or a straight sleeve with a simple hem.
The choice is yours to customize your new breastfeeding sweatshirt!
And because a good pattern isn’t complete without some style choices, our pattern offers 2 neckline options.
Whether you're more of a classic sweatshirt fan or a hoodie lover, you can sew your favorite style using our pattern!
To perfect your sweatshirt, you can also add the classic kangaroo pocket.
Designed to complement the ribbed waistband version, the pocket can also be added to the simple hem version.
The slight modification you’ll need to make is explained in detail in our tutorial ;-)
So, which version will you choose to sew for your breastfeeding sweatshirt?

Can’t decide?
The good news is you don’t have to...
You can sew as many versions as you like!
